1. What you are buying
A one-off delivery of the number of followers or likes shown in the pack, to the public Instagram or TikTok username or post link you give us. Followers and likes are delivered by third-party networks; they are not people who chose to follow you and we do not promise engagement, sales or reach.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and are the full amount you pay. Payment is taken once, at checkout, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on a secure hosted page. There is no subscription and no card is stored by this site.
3. Delivery
Orders are usually started within minutes of payment. Delivery is paced on purpose and the times we give are typical, not guaranteed: roughly a few hours for small packs and up to five days for 10,000 followers. Delays can happen when platforms change things; we will keep you updated by email if an order runs well over.
4. Your part
- Give the correct username or link; we deliver to what you typed
- Keep the profile or post public until delivery finishes
- Do not change the username or delete the post during delivery
- Use packs in line with the platform’s rules, which you accept separately with them
5. Refills and refunds
If followers or likes drop within 30 days of delivery, we refill them free when you email us your order reference. If we cannot deliver all or part of an order, we refund the undelivered part. Orders that have already been delivered cannot be cancelled. Details are on the refunds page.
6. Platform actions
Instagram and TikTok run their own checks and can remove accounts or limit features. We do not control that and cannot be responsible for platform decisions, but we will refill any drop within the refill window.
7. Liability
Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer in the UK.
