The short list of data we hold
- The target: the public username or post link you enter, so we can deliver.
- Your order: the packs, prices, an order reference and its status.
- Payment details: handled entirely by the hosted checkout page. We never see or store your card number.
- Emails: if you write to us, we keep the conversation to help with your order.
What we do not collect
No passwords, ever. No advertising or tracking cookies. Your basket is kept in your own browser’s storage until you pay or clear it, and a short note of how you arrived (for example “google”) is stored the same way and passed along with your order so we know which pages help people.
The username lookup in the basket
When you type an Instagram username into the basket, we may look up the public profile so you can check it is the right one. That lookup only uses public information and is cached briefly.
Ninety days, then gone
Order records are kept for 90 days, then deleted automatically, apart from anything we must keep for accounting. Emails are kept as long as needed to resolve your request.
Who handles it besides us
The hosted checkout provider processes your payment, and our delivery partners receive only the username or link and the quantity. We do not sell or share data for marketing.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email support@buyinstafollowers.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
